Siddhartha
Analyze the last part of the clip, especially when Siddhartha meets with Mara. What does he mean by calling him architec? What is the real illusion?

He calls Mara architect because architects build and design how a structure looks and Mara built how he looked and acted on the outside. Siddhartha didn't like how his self, so he discovered the truth and realized he can control himself. The allusion is his old self.
Siddartha calls his reflection architec because that what it is,it is just a structure of himself. He found out the truth. Siddartha finally sees that he can take control of his life. He alusinates himself but in the way he was.
Siddhartha finally realizes that he isn't what the Mara says he's always been. He calls him Architec because he 'constructed' the way people saw Siddhartha and who he really was. The illusion was that Siddhartha really wasn't any of the things the Mara made him look like he was.
Siddhartha calls him architect because he was the body housing his spirit and now understands that he has to conquer that outer part of him so his true insides can be seen by others. The illusion is that Mara is just what everyone sees him as and not what he really is inside.
Siddhartha calls Mara architect,beacause Mara was creating him by making him think he was somebody else. Siddhartha now sees clearly, Mara's only goal was to own him which he didn't accomplish.

I agree completely with your answer for the architect question. I agree how you explained that Mara was an architect because he constructed Siddhartha's image.

When Siddhartha calls Mara an architect what he means is that Mara was becoming the builder/designer of Siddhartha himself. Siddhartha was starting to be whatever Mara had wanted him to be, until he was "unveiled". The illusion is that Siddhartha is the complete opposite of what Mara's image of Siddhartha was.
He was saying that his other half was the builder of what he was and now he didnt need him anymore or want him.
